Ram Singh Yadav President of the college is optimistic, progressive with a broad vision having a personality of great thinker and philosopher. He always remains busy with the progress of Institution with a different outlook. Mr. President is a Law graduate from University of Lucknow and post graduate from the same Institution in Sociology. He initiated his early life from village Gauri Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow. Always hardworking and with different thinking he always took life as a challenge. He started his carrier as an advocate in Lower Court then in High Court Lucknow Bench. In 1996 he got inspiration from his father Late Shri Heera Lal Yadav Yadav to impart education for girls in the remote areas of Sarojini Nagar LKO. So he founded Heera Lal Yadav Balika Inter College in 1997. The Institution established is well appreciated in the area. In the able guidance of Mr. President, college girls always secured 100% result in U.P. Board examination. Again to promote higher education for girls another Institution came into existence as Heera Lal Yadav Balika Degree College. Since then the College is progressing day by day. One more effort of Shri Ram Singh Yadav is valueable, that the Institution has got recognition to start B.Ed. course from Lucknow University in 2004-05.
His future vision is so wide that B.Com., B.B.A and B.P.Ed. for girls is proposed to start as new disciplines.
